
Kick your early season triathlon training into high gear at Cycle Caraïb. This Caribbean cycling resort features guided group rides, open water swimming and running opportunities. Add to that daily highs in the mid 80s and you have winter training paradise.
The Cycle Caraïb cycling program is designed around a series of group rides that typically leave in the morning and return by lunch. Cyclists have the choice of three groups with different average speeds. Early mornings and afternoons are open for running, swimming and weight training.

Our resort base features two private beaches with water suitable for open water swimming. Runs leave from the resort on paths or paved roads. Just a 10-minute jog from the resort, there is a small gym with free weights and organized fitness sessions. To enhance recovery, VéloSport provides massage service onsite; these are optional half-hour sessions for a supplemental fee.
Professional Coaching
We are pleased to welcome Beth Kenney, a certified triathlete and cycling coach, to Cycle Caraïb. An accomplished triathlete and runner herself, Beth's extensive experience training triathletes and cyclists will give you an opportunity to work on your form and maximize your training time while on the island. VSV's regular staff leads and provides support for the daily cycling groups. They are always happy to provide tips on bike position, bike handling, group skills and anything else related to cycling.
